Do I need to be home for installation?
Someone over 18 should be present at the start and for the final walkthrough. We handle the rest.
How long until my glass arrives?
Most projects take 2 to 3 weeks after drawings are signed. Specialty glass can take longer and we will tell you upfront.
Will you protect my floors and furniture?
Yes. We lay protection, work tidily and remove all waste and packaging.
What if something is damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days and we will make it right under your workmanship warranty.
How do I care for my new glass?
You will receive a care kit and guide. Avoid abrasive cleaners and wipe with a soft cloth.
