Thank you for choosing Carrington Prestige. We keep our fleet small on purpose, so that every booking receives real attention.
This pack is your concierge itinerary. It explains how we will meet you, what we ask in return, and the small details that make a good journey a memorable one.
If anything changes, simply call us. A person will answer.

Five moments, from booking to return. Times shown are a typical guide.
We confirm your vehicle, dates and pick-up point. We also note your preferences: seat settings, music, drinks and any special occasion.
Your vehicle is cleaned, checked and fuelled. A concierge calls you to confirm timing and answer any last question.
We meet you at your hotel, home or the airport. A concierge walks you through the controls, the cabin and the route home. Allow 20 minutes for a self-drive handover.
Our concierge line is open while you travel. Call for restaurant bookings, route ideas or roadside help.
Hand back the keys at the agreed place and time. We check the vehicle together, release your bond and send a summary by email.

A refundable bond is held on your card and released within 5 business days of return. Comprehensive insurance is included. The excess applies only if the vehicle is damaged.

Each day includes 150 km, plenty for the coast and hinterland. Extra kilometres are charged after your return. Longer trips can have a custom allowance.

Please return the vehicle with a full tank, at the agreed place and time. We refuel for a fee if needed. A grace period of 30 minutes applies, then hourly charges begin.

Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early, in uniform and with the cabin ready. They will open doors, handle luggage and keep conversation to your preference. They are discreet, always.

Yes, if they are listed on your agreement and meet our age and licence requirements. A chauffeur is always an option.
Yes. We can meet you at Gold Coast Airport or deliver to your accommodation. Delivery fees vary by distance.
Yes, within the kilometre allowance. For interstate travel, please ask us first.
Within 5 business days of return, once we have inspected the vehicle and checked for fines.
Call us at least 72 hours ahead and we will move your booking at no charge, subject to availability.
Giving backCommunity giveback
Each booking supports a local Gold Coast cause.
We donate $10 from every hire to community charities, and offer complimentary rides to volunteers on special occasions. Figures are illustrative.
