We confirm your priorities, pets, access and any delicate surfaces.

The same two cleaners each visit, so your home is always known to us.
The first visit
We follow our room-by-room checklist and finish with a final glow check.
A gentle follow-up
Within 24 hours we ask how it felt. Anything missed is fixed free.

Policies, kept simple
Booking and changes
Please give 48 hours notice to move or cancel a visit. Later changes may incur a 50 percent fee.
Access and safety
Tell us how to enter and about any alarms or pets. Our cleaners are vetted and insured.
Our promise
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to fix it at no charge.
Agreement summary
- Recurring visits continue until you pause or end them with 7 days notice.
- Prices are agreed in writing and reviewed once a year.
- We keep your details private and never share them.
- Damage is covered by our public liability insurance.
