We visit, measure, test the substrate and check moisture and light. You get a written scope.

Prep, base coats and hand-applied finish by our own crew, with every area masked and protected.

Cure and seal
Surfaces cure in stages, then receive a breathable, food-safe or wet-area seal as specified.

Deposit of 30 percent books your start date. Balance is staged as shown on the payment slide.
Your site must be dry, clear and accessible. Delays caused by moisture or access may move dates.
Variations are quoted in writing before any extra work begins.

Good questions, straight answers.
Do I need to be home during application?
Someone over 18 should be there for the first day and the handover. Our crew handles the rest.
Can I choose any colour?
Yes. We tint to your sample, within the limits of each material. Natural stone is chosen from our library.
When can I use my new floor or shower?
Light foot traffic after about 48 hours. Wet areas and furniture need 7 to 14 days of cure.
Will it crack or stain?
Properly applied and sealed surfaces are durable, but they are natural finishes. Your care guide explains what to avoid.
What if I see a problem after handover?
Tell us within 7 days. We will inspect and make it right under your workmanship warranty.
